Fresh water is introduced upstream in the finishing zone at the upstream end, then progressively flows by overflow from one module to the next, moving from the rinsing stages towards the downstream modules, where the organic load is higher, such as pre-washing and initial pre-washing.
Pre-washing and initial pre-washing: Powerful soaking removes coarse soiling (dust, droppings, litter).
Medium-pressure washing, combined with temperature and detergent control, ensures effective cleaning according to production conditions.
Medium-pressure rinsing with temperature control completes the washing process and prepares the conditions for effective disinfection.
High-pressure disinfection: Application of a bactericidal, yeasticidal and virucidal agent of your choice.
The entire system operates as a closed circuit, with optimised water flow management between the modules.
